Action Poker hosts lots of tournaments, with buy-ins as small as 25¢ and some higher buy-in tournaments ranging from $10-$30. The tournaments are sparsely populated, fast and loose. Play at any level tends to be loose, passive and not very tough, and even the bigger buy-in tournaments offer relatively loose play.

Action Poker runs very few guaranteed tournaments and satellites. The satellites and guaranteed tournaments that run are often a part of a special promotion and offer good value.
