Jonathan Little has won the WPT Foxwoods World Poker Finals!

He and Jonathan Jaffe got it all in with Little in dominating position holding Ac Qh to Jaffe's Ah 10d.

The board ran out 8c 6s 8d Kd Qd and after an epic heads-up battle Little had won the whole dang thing.

It's his second WPT Title and he takes home $1.1 million dollars for a long week's work.

Jonathan Jaffe grabs $$670,636 for second and PL.com is out.

Although of course you'll find a full final table recap up here before the sun comes up!

We're into Level 30 Now and with it comes the record for the most hands played at a WPT final table.

The previous record was set in Canada at the WPT North American Poker Championships where, you guessed it, Jonathan Little lost heads up to Scott Clements.

WPT Foxwoods: In The Suck 23 days ago

Somehow Jonathan Little got it in with just Kh 5s against Jonathan Jaffe's 8c 8h, but he found his way out of that sticky mess in short order.

With his tournament life on the line, Little was really nowhere near the Js 10s 2c flop, but when the 9s turned, he picked up the any-queen any-spade draw.

Wouldn't you know it, the Qs fell on the river and he doubled up again to take the chip lead from Jaffe.

Now on a ten-minute tape change break he's the one with $8 million to Jaffe's $4 million or so.

  • Level: 29
  • Blinds: 100000/200000
  • Ante: 20000
  • Average Stack: $6,180,000

WPT Foxwoods: Little Lives! 23 days ago

Jonathan Jaffe increased his lead rivering a flush against Jonathan Little and suddenly he had a 5:1 chip advantage.

Then Little open shoved the button with Js 10c a moment ago and Jaffe made the call ahead with Ah 3d.

Little flopped a pair when the 10h 6h 4h came down, but Jaffe needed just a heart to win it all.

The turn came the Qc and the river the Kd. Jaffe still has the lead, but it's only a 2:1 advantage now with $8 million in chips to Little's $4.3 million.

  • Level: 29

WPT Foxwoods: Level 29! 23 days ago

The first 28 couldn't decide this thing. Perhaps the 29th level will.

  • Ante: 20000

WPT Foxwoods: And Another One... 23 days ago

After taking a few pots to increase his lead Jonathan Little made it $500,000 pre-flop from the button and before he knew it, Jaffe shoved.

Little made the call with Ah 3d and Jaffe's tournament life was on the line in dominating position holding Ad Jc.

The Kh 7s 2h 10c 5d board ensured Jaffe would double, snatch the lead back from Little and this epic head -up match would continue.

Jaffe now has $8.4 million to Little's $3.8.

  • Blinds: 80000/160000
  • Ante: 15000

WPT Foxwoods: Another Switch 23 days ago

The WPT is now saying this is officially the longest heads-up match in the tour's six and a half season history and it looks like it will continue even further after Jonathan Little just doubled through Jonathan Jaffe to retake the lead.

Little made it $500k and Jaffe called. The flop fell 9s 5h 3d and Little checked. Jaffe bet $600k and Little check-raised all in.

Jaffe insta-called with Qh 9h, but Little had pocket jacks and the jacks held on the As turn and 2d river.

It's now $7.2 million for Little against Jaffe's $5.1 million.

  • Level: 28
  • Blinds: 80000/160000

WPT Foxwoods: Another Lead Change 23 days ago

We've had yet another lead change after Jonathan Jaffe put his tournmant life on the line on an Ac 9c 2s flop.

Jaffe had Ad 2c and Jonathan Little had decided to play for it all with the Jc 10c flush draw. The 10d turn gave Little another way to win, but the Jh river wasn't it.

Jaffe doubled up to$9 million and is really in charge now over Little's $3.3 million.

Then Little came over the top making it $2.5 million and after Jaffe folded, he had regained the lead.
